The CEO of Black Restoration Advocates for Bi-Cameral Legislatures to Enhance Governance Across Africa

  • Post category:Politics

In a compelling call for change titled “Voice for Reform,” Osababarima Kwaku Adu advocates for a visionary transformation by proposing a Bi-Cameral Parliament for Africa. This initiative aims to elevate governance, enhance accountability, and empower citizens to have a greater say in shaping their future.

Rallying for transformation, he presents a compelling vision for Africa’s future—calling for a Bi-Cameral Parliament that moves beyond outdated systems to usher in a new era of accountable, people-centered governance across the continent.

“The Africans are in support of the New Africa Variant of Democracy and will do everything to see its realization,” he affirms.

In this age of the New Black man, Africans aspire to a bicameral system of governance, featuring a Lower Chamber composed of political party representatives and an Upper Chamber formed by Kings and Queens—Custodians of the Lands.

Africa must develop its own version of democracy, rooted in its unique culture and traditions. The New Africa acknowledges that Kings are as educated as the intellectuals favored by colonial powers.

The argument that Queens and Kings cannot participate in active politics due to fierce opposition from political parties has contributed to the degradation of Africa’s water bodies and forests.

It is imperative for Africa not to entrust governance solely to political parties, whose terms are limited and often result in viewing responsibilities as mere opportunities. When politicians assume office, they frequently go to church to express gratitude for the chance, rather than to acknowledge their responsibilities. It is time for Nananom to rise and safeguard their people before unforeseen crises arise.

African youth are compelled to leave the continent due to a lack of basic necessities such as food, clothing, and shelter. Many Africans grapple with the stress of rent, inadequate roads, health issues, and food insecurity, even as the resources to address these problems exist within the continent. Why is this the case?

Political parties often dance to the whims of colonial powers, struggling to align with true African ideologies. The only way for Africa to achieve liberation is by holding political leaders accountable to the Custodians of the Lands: the Kings and Queens.

The ruling political party must answer to these Kings and Queens—guardians of tradition and wisdom—who will thoroughly assess their reports and provide essential recommendations. If a report is found lacking, Nananom possess the authority to demand corrections and accountability. They will rigorously scrutinize all negotiations and contracts in defense of national interest before granting approval. Irresponsible decisions will not be tolerated without prudent justification, and unchecked authority will be robustly challenged. This unwavering commitment to oversight is the core of a bold African cultural revolution, driving systemic reform and restoring the integrity of governance.

As Ghana stands as Africa’s gateway, it must pioneer this new governmental framework, where politicians are answerable to Kings and Queens, setting a precedent for others to follow. The Africans are dedicated to realizing the New Africa Variant of Democracy.

The Diaspora is also working tirelessly to support Nananom in achieving this vision.

Africa belongs to Africans—both at home and abroad. What happens on the continent must reverberate globally. It is time for African leaders to acknowledge the struggles of the people and, when necessary, step aside, allowing Nananom to lead with wisdom and purpose. This is our continent, our heritage, and our duty—to cultivate an Africa where dignity and prosperity flourish, and where all can thrive.
